Once a rootin’ tootin’ celebration where hard-living prospectors blew off steam, Republic’s Prospectors’ Days is now an annual three-day, family-friendly celebration of the area’s gold mining heritage.

Halloween In Republic
Halloween Night is a family-friendly event featuring our Halloween House, Trunk or Treat, Zombie Apocalypse, and the Kettle Cauldron Society. Families of all ages are invited to come enjoy a fun and safe evening of Halloween activities and community spirit.
Hometown Holidays & Tree Lighting
Hometown Holidays starts the holiday season by promoting our small business Shop Local events.

We celebrate by lighting up the city and hosting our annual tree lighting celebration while welcoming Mr. and Mrs. Claus to the festivities.
Winterfest
Winterfest is an all-day celebration filled with fun for the whole family. Activities include outhouse races, bingo, Chili cook off, sasquatch calling, a hot dog eating contest, tug-of-war, a kid zone, and the festivities end with a lighted parade.
